Kathmandu: Shares will be traded on Friday as well. The Government of Nepal has decided to grant public holidays two days a week on Saturday and Sunday with effect from 1st June, 2079 BS. Accordingly, the share market will be open on Friday as well. But the market will be closed on Sunday.
Along with the government decision, Nepse will also have two days off on Saturday and Sunday. A meeting of the board of directors of Nepse held on April 6 had decided to open business on Friday with effect from May. Accordingly, the share trading will be opened on Friday, May 20.
