Kathmandu: Three hydropower companies have applied to the Nepal Securities Board (NSB) for permission to sell their IPOs. Among them, Maya Khola Hydropower Limited has sought permission to sell a total of 3.4 million IPOs to both the project-affected locals and the general public.
The company is going to sell an IPO worth Rs 340 million at the rate of Rs 100 per share. Prabhu Capital will act as the sales manager.
Similarly, Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower Company has also sought permission from the Securities and Exchange Board to sell its IPO.
The company has sought permission to sell a total of 2.28 million IPO lots to both the project-affected locals and the general public. The company is going to sell IPO at the rate of Rs 100 per share. Prabhu Capital will act as the sales manager.
Meanwhile, Geography Energy Development Company has also sought permission from the Securities and Exchange Board to sell the IPO. The company has sought permission to sell a total of 1,631,160 IPOs to both the project-affected locals and the general public. The company is going to sell IPO at the rate of Rs 100 per share. The sales manager will be NIC Asia Capital.
