Win Nepal Microfinance Financial Institution Limited has submitted explanation to Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Along with this, Nepse has also canceled the activities of the organization.
The company has sent a letter requesting to resume the second market trading of the secured securities by expressing its commitment to abide by the decision of the Securities Listing Regulation, 2075 BS.
Earlier, the organization had not provided the required information within seven days as per the provision.
